Not happy for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order? Contact us and we will issue a full refund. No complicated process. No restocking fees. No awkward questions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will send you a replacement immediately at no cost. Just email us a photo of the issue and we will take care of it right away. You do not need to return the product. Keep it or dispose of it and we will get the correct order to you fast.

 

What Is Not Covered

We are unable to process refunds or replacements for physical damage caused after delivery (drops, cracks, or misuse) or items purchased from unauthorised retailers.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your request being approved. Funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 10 to 14 days to the United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
