Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom,
and Australia.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of
being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with
your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 10 to 15 days
Canada: 14 to 21 days
United Kingdom: 12 to 18 days
Australia: 14 to 21 days

These are estimates in calendar days from the time your
order ships. Occasional delays may occur due to customs
clearance, carrier delays, or peak season volumes.

Please note that during Q4 (October to December),
delivery times may be longer than usual due to high
shipping volumes globally.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a
tracking number. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for
tracking information to update after receiving your
shipping confirmation.

Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated
delivery window, please contact us at
hello@getcryoglow.com with your order number and we will
look into it right away.

Lost Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you have not
received it, please check with neighbours and your local
post office first. If you still cannot locate your
package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery
date and we will work to resolve it.

Things Outside Our Control
Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery
timeframes are managed by the carrier. We are not
responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather,
or customs processing. We will always do our best to help
resolve any issues that arise.
